Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

This tests helps physicians determine reasonable work capabilities of people who are injured, or have restricted abilities from disease processes. The test is often used for "return to work" status, for establishing work restrictions, and to assist in disability determination.

At least 2 hours should be allowed for completing this test. It is important to wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.
